My name is Yelena but I like to go by Lena. I currently live in the US and work during the day as a Salesforce Consultant for SNAP, a Salesforce Consulting company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. At night I maintain this tiny corner of the Internet (aka my blog) where I write about the mini-challenges I solve, product reviews, CPQ, and other Salesforce insights.
I got into using Salesforce by becoming a Power User from the end user side. I then joined a small B2B startup where I transitioned to a CRM Project Manager and Salesforce Admin.
My journey in the Salesforce world right now is on the path of becoming a Consultant “DevAdmin” – a term I coined as a fusion between developer and admin.
On the side, I also write a monthly column at SalesforceBen.
All content on this blog solely represent my experience and opinions and are not related to past, present and future employers.
For consulting, or just to chat, feel free to drop me a note at firstname.lastname@example.org
